Plumbing Compliance & Field Coordinator

Kilsyth | Full-Time | $80,000–$90,000 + Super + Vehicle

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for on-site set-outs, inspections and compliance checks for wastewater treatment system installations across residential and commercial sites.

You’ll interpret plans, identify risks, update site plans, support builders and homeowners, and act as the critical link between the field, customers, project teams, and office operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• – Complete on-site set-outs, technical assessments and compliance checks

• – Review plans, check invert levels and locate existing services

• – Conduct condition reports, CCTV inspections and jetting when required

• – Use Bluebeam and digital tools for plan amendments and reporting

• – Communicate clearly with builders, homeowners and project teams

• – Provide accurate site information to support quoting and job preparation

• – Maintain detailed digital records, photos and compliance documentation

Who We’re Looking For

• – Qualified Plumber (or strong plumbing background in compliance/inspections)

• – Confident using technology, digital tools, apps and software

• – Experienced with cameras, jetters, locators and site set-outs

• – Strong understanding of plumbing standards and regulations

• – Organised, reliable and able to work independently

• – Clear communicator who can engage professionally with customers and builders

A Great Role for Someone Who Loves the Tech Side of Plumbing

This role is particularly well suited to a plumber or early-career candidate who is confident with technology, digital tools and modern apps.

You’ll use your plumbing knowledge while building strong skills in compliance, site assessment, digital reporting, plan mark-ups and project coordination.

Because much of the work involves Bluebeam plan editing, digital set-outs, app-based reporting and photo documentation, the role is ideal for someone who enjoys the office support and technical side of plumbing as much as the hands-on elements.

With the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn, you’ll have a clear opportunity to grow into technical, project or site management roles as the business expands.

What We Offer

• – $80,000–$90,000 base salary (experience-based)

• – 12% superannuation

• – Company vehicle, phone, laptop & uniform provided

• – Training and development opportunities

• – Supportive team environment with real career progression

• – Paid day off on your birthday
