Your opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Drainage Assessment Officer to assess and manage commercial and domestic plumbing applications, enforce relevant legislation, and conduct inspections within Redlands Coast. Key responsibilities include assessing applications in the areas of Onsite Sewerage Facilities and Backflow Prevention, authorising development applications, coordinating with private certifiers, providing expert solutions on complex hydraulic designs, and investigating non-compliant works. The role involves offering expert opinions, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 and related regulations. Additionally, responsibilities include contributing to workflow process updates, supporting team objectives, and maintaining professional credentials and licenses.
