About the Hotel

The Hotel Windsor is an iconic Australian hotel embodying the architecture and elegance of a European style ‘Grand Hotel’. We are looking for a Full Time Plumber / Duty Technician to join our amazing Maintenance team.

About the Role

This role will involve taking care of all plumbing needs within the hotel. You will also be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance and assisting in the supervision of contractors undertaking maintenance and ad-hoc repairs.

7 day rotating roster, includes some weekends and public holidays. 8 hour shifts, hours range between 7am – 7pm.

Duties

• All plumbing related maintenance

• Maintenance and upkeep of all equipment

• Executing preventive maintenance as per schedule

• Efficiently carrying out all jobs allocated

• Maintaining working tools in serviceable conditions

• Observing company fire and safety regulations

• Encouraging safe working habits

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position

• Experience in plumbing

• Prior roof plumbing experience is highly regarded

• Attention to detail

• Compliance to OH&S regulations

• Efficiency and proactive attitude

• Valid working rights in Australia
