The opportunity
We have multiple employment opportunities available in our Landscaping and Planting teams. With an exciting pipeline of large-scale soft landscaping projects for our industry-leading partners, this is your opportunity to join our team and help us transform Melbourne's West.
As a Field Team Member, you’ll play a critical role in the establishment of new and enhanced parks, reserves, wetlands and waterways. You’ll work with a team of planters primarily responsible for installing a range of native plants according to a landscape plan, and set daily targets. Opportunities may be available to progress into our Environment or Landscaping teams and secure long-term employment.

You love working outdoors, where the idea of four walls and a desk couldn't be further away. You enjoy hard work, and when it's knock-off time, knowing that you've spent the day doing something that matters. Sharing challenges and accomplishments with your teammates is what makes you go. If this sounds like you, we have a well-paid role awaiting you with reliable, consistent hours. Best of all, it's a 4 pm knock-off every day and the work is Monday-Friday, so you have every weekend all to yourself! Planting experience will be highly regarded but is not essential as training and supervision will be provided.
