Plant Mechanic - FIFO

PHE currently has a fantastic opportunity for Plant Mechanics to join us on a project in the Northern Territory at an underground mine site on a 2 and 1 roster. Flights, camp accommodation and meals are supplied.

PHE is a leading service provider to the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure industries with a comprehensive range of skilled personnel, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and equipment.

We offer a competitive renumeration with multiple site allowances, and overtime is paid on this project. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team on a major mining project.

This role is available to FIFO applicants.

ABOUT YOU:

• Highly established attention to Safe work practices
• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate with post-trade experience
• Experience with Light and Heavy plant and equipment, hydraulic systems, and basic automotive electrical skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to document and maintain traceability on all works undertaken
• Experience working with and maintaining the following types of equipment;
• Diesel EWP’S up to 135ft,
• Telehandlers,
• Buses,
• Tilt Tray’s,
• Excavator,
• Skid Steer Loader, 
• Scissor Lifts,
• Light Trucks,
• Light Vehicles
• Generators up to 132KVA
