What You’ll Be Doing

• Promotes and sells John Deere parts and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Researches and interprets parts requirements.
• Places machine down and stock orders.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Follows up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
• Maintains current product knowledge.
• Participates in Sales Training programs
• As an Apprentice Parts Interpreter you will be required to complete TAFE studies
