Panel Technician / Electricians

We’re looking for motivated Panel Technicians / Electricians to join our Manufacturing team at our Canning Vale facility in casual employment roles. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality electrical projects across multiple industries while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in our workshop with flexibility.

About the Casual Role

• Assemble low-voltage MCCs, control panels, power distribution boards, marshalling panels, and communications cubicles to design specifications
• Fabricate bus bar systems in compliance with Australian standards
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams and single line drawings
• Complete daily tasks as specified by the Workshop Manager
• Comply with HSEQ, design, and technical execution standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, systems, and processes
• Ensure work meets quality, time, and budget expectations

About You

We’re seeking qualified Panel Technicians / Electricians for casual employment with:

• A relevant WA licence or qualification:
• Electricians – WA Electrical Worker Licence
• Panel Technicians – WA Electrical Fitter qualification or overseas trade qualifications with WA accreditation
• Prior experience in switchboard building, panel manufacturing or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
