• Track record of meeting or exceeding the expectations of their current role
• Highly motivated hard-working, and possessing a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks
• Willingness to commit to the duration of the apprenticeship
• Flexibility in working hours, as the role involves various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
