With expertise in Abrasive Blasting, UHP Water Jetting, and Protective Coating Services, we are seeking a motivated Painter/Blaster Supervisor to join our team for ongoing assignments nationwide. Flexibility is key as rosters may vary depending on site requirements with expected rosters to be 2/1 or 3/1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abrasive Blasting Operations
• Industrial & Marine Spray Painting
• Application of Protective Coatings
• Polyurea Coatings Application

The Role:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• NACE certification
• Previous supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial settings
• Expertise in Abrasive Blasting, Industrial & Marine Spray-Painting, and Protective Coatings Application
• Proficiency with Airless & Conventional Spray Equipment; experience with Plural Pumps is desirable
• Ability to work meticulously according to set specifications
• MSIC and current Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Ability to pass medical assessments

Desirable Qualifications:

• Cert III in Surface Finishing
• Certifications in Working at Heights, Confined Space, and EWP
• Forklift License
