Working as a Painter with TDC you will provide consistent and high-quality painting service to the Wadeye Community and surrounding areas. The job involves internal and external painting of new and existing premises. This role will be required to provide on the job training and mentoring to local Indigenous Trades Assistants where applicable.

About You:

  • Cert III Painting & Decorating
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a fully qualified painter
  • Demonstrated initiative and high-level problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of relevant building code regulations, policies and procedures and WHS codes and regulations
  • Understanding of the challenges of living and working in remote communities

Essential Licences / Clearances:

  • Minimum C class drivers’ licence
  • National Police check
  • NT Construction Industry White Card
  • NLC Work / Resident permits
