Are you an experienced Painter looking for a rewarding career? Griffin Marine Services Pty Ltd, a leading provider of marine services to Defence and commercial operators, is seeking skilled Painters to join our growing team.

We have opportunities available in Henderson (WA), Sydney (NSW), Darwin (NT), and Cairns (QLD).

As a Painter with Griffin Marine Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare surfaces for painting through blasting, mechanical work, and other treatments.

• Apply various coatings using brush, roll, and other techniques on ships and industrial sites.

• Ensure high-quality painting and blasting work, meeting all specifications.

• Safely operate and maintain painting and blasting equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of painting experience.

• A good understanding of Safety and PPE requirements in an industrial environment.

• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

• The ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

• The ability to work well in a team.

• An OHS Construction Induction White Card.

Desirable (but not mandatory) requirements include Confined Space Entry, Fire Sentry Training, and Working at Heights certification.

The salary for this position is $74,000 to $90,000 per year (dependent on your skills and experience).
