Landscape Leading Hands and Forepersons

Boyds Bay Landscaping is a leading commercial landscape construction company that specialises in delivering quality landscape projects to clients in the Northern Rivers region. An opportunity is available for experienced Leading Hands and Forepersons to join our company.

We have multiple full-time permanent positions as well as casual positions available for an immediate start. We pay casual rates for Leading Hands from $37.00 to $41.00 per hour and Leading Hands full-time permanent rates from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour. The Forepersons casual rates range from $42.00 to $45.00 per hour and the Forepersons full-time permanent rates range from $33.00 to $37.00 per hour depending on skill and experience level. Our company has long term work in Ballina, Byron and Lismore Regions and can provide you with genuine career development opportunities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Understand and carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping tasks including but not limited to planting, mulching, turfing, paving, fencing, irrigation, plant identification and working with machinery to ensure a quality end product.
• Working as part of a team.
• Working to detailed drawings and specifications.
• Implementing company and site Environmental, WH&S and Quality Assurance policies and procedures.

You will need:

• Construction Induction Card.
• Drivers licence.
• Reliable transport.
• Other licences / tickets an advantage.
• Cert 3 Landscape Construction is an advantage
