EnerMech is expanding its current scope at the Lytton Refinery and is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead our site-based team on a full-time basis. About the Role

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance and project works within a high-risk refinery environment. You will provide frontline leadership to trades personnel, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client expectations.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a trade-qualified Mechanical Supervisor with strong experience in hazardous area environments such as fuel terminals or refineries.

Desired skills and competencies include:

  • Trade qualified (Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker) with minimum 7–10 years’ industry experience
  • Demonstrated supervisory or leading hand experience within heavy industry
  • Strong understanding of refinery or fuel terminal maintenance environments
  • Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
  • Construction Industry Card (White Card)
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-risk environments with a strong safety-first mindset
  • Experience coordinating maintenance schedules, work packs, and permit systems
  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
