About the Role:
Downer is seeking a Mechanical Fitter Leading Hand to lead a team of skilled mechanics maintaining heavy mobile and earthmoving equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and team coordination will make a real impact.

What You’ll Need:

• Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or Mobile Plant Technology
• Proven leadership experience in a mechanical environment
• Experience with heavy mobile or earthmoving equipment

Highly Regarded:

• Background in civil, road transport, or rail
• Current HR Licence
• Skills in electrical fault finding and hydraulic systems
