Downer are seeking applications from Mechanical Fitter’s to join our team for short FIFO shutdowns

About your new role

• Maintenance position
• Shutdown works on screens, chutes, motors, vibrating feeders, pumps
• Contribute to a safe working environment
• Opportunity for other Downer Mechanical works

About you:

• These positions are based on mining camps – NOTE: FIFO positions only
• Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate 
• Experienced with petrochemical, flange management and tube heat exchangers
• Hold a current Drivers Licence
• Current Working at Heights & Confined Spaces tickets
• Current High Risk WP ticket
• White Card
• Positive attitude towards safety
• Hold Australian work rights
