Mechanical Fitter - Greenbushes WA

What We Offer 

• Casual Shutdown Role: Located at Talison Lithium Project – located in Greenbushes, WA.
• Project Dates:  Early-May commencement, approximately 12 months duration.
• Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.
• Competitive Rate: $56.18 + Penalties + Site Allowance
• Other Benefits: DIDO project, Downer will be supplying transport + Camp accommodation.

Downers Energy and Utilities business is seeking casual Mechanical Fitters to work on a long-term project in the Southwest, starting Early- May 2025. Downer will be supplying bus transport departing from Perth. 

About You 

• Site Proficient: Have experience working as a Mechanical Fitter within a heavy industry environment.
• Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
• Site Qualifications:  Hold a Mechanical Trade Qualification, Current Drivers Licence, Construction Induction card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres and Fire Certificate – issued less than 5 years ago.
• Pre-employment Checks:  Hold full working rights in Australia. Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical.
