WHAT WE OFFER 

• Casual FIFO Project Role: Located at Roy Hill Minesite, WA. 
• Competitive Rate: EBA Casual Rates $69.76 p/h Flat Rate. 
• Competitive Roster: 2/1, 12-hour Shifts. 7 Day shifts, 7 Night shifts, 7 Days off. 
• Project Dates: Commencing end of January 2025 until June 2025. 
• Other Benefits: Flights form Perth, Camp accommodation provided. 

Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for casual Mechanical Fitters for a FIFO role located at Roy Hill Minesite in Western Australia. You will provide your expertise in maintaining fixed plant, pump C/O, chute C/O screen repairs and Hydraulic works within a project environment ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard. 

ABOUT YOU 

• Trade Qualified: Hold a Mechanical Fitters trade qualification with experience working within a heavy industry or Minesite environment. 
• Technically Proficient: Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks. 
• Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety. 
• Site Qualifications: Hold full working rights in Australia, White Card, Fire Certificate, Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets (within 5 years validity). Willingness to undertake a per-employment medical.
