What You’ll Learn:

Through this apprenticeship, you'll build a solid foundation in the latest industry technologies and earn nationally recognized qualifications, including:

• Certificate III in Mechanical Trade (Fitting/ Machining)
• Certification in Overhead Gantry Crane Operations
• Hands-on experience in LSR Injection Moulding

Meet the Team:

Our LSR Production Support team at ResMed’s Sydney Manufacturing site (Bella Vista) is at the forefront of innovation, providing technical expertise in LSR moulding, tooling, and automation. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals who are as passionate about teaching as they are about pioneering new technologies.

About the Role:

As an Apprentice, you’ll dive into real-world challenges from day one. Your hands-on training will prepare you to:

• Start up and shut down production cells
• Provide timely troubleshooting and breakdown support of production moulding issues and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintenance and cleaning activities of Dosing Units, Barrels and Static Mixers
• Equipment installation and removal
• Support production teams and ensure operations run smoothly
• Follow safety and quality protocols (WHS & GMP)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow. You don’t need experience—just a positive attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to your education and development.

Must-Haves:

• Currently enrolled or planning to enrol in relevant TAFE/trade courses
• Willingness to complete all required training and certification
• Flexibility to work day (6am-2pm) or afternoon (2pm-10pm) shifts, Mon-Fri
• Prior experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
