Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our brand new team in Port Hedland. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment across all industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team - with multiply roster options available there is opportunity for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install mechanical systems and equipment according to specifications


• Working within a team


• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment


• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues


• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics


• Collaborate with other team members


• Maintain a safe and clean work environment


• Keep accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

• Trade Certificate


• Able to pass a medical

Desired Certificates:

• Fire Extinguisher


• Confined space


• Working Safely at Heights


• Senior First aid
