Your future role
Reporting to the Testing and Commissioning Manager, join us in this newly created role as a Mechanical Fitter you will work on the  X'trapolis 2.0 Train project. The new X'Trapolis 2.0 trains will provide more reliable journeys, better passenger information, and improved accessibility, energy efficiency and comfort. This is a full time, permanent role.   

 

A bit about your new role:

  • Complete all quality/planning/system documentation.
  • Ability to use all types of hand tools.
  • Compliance to internal special processes such as Soldering and Torquing.
  • Able to Comprehend Mechanical drawings, Pneumatic Schematics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the electrical safety risks associated with their work and familiarity with the relevant safety standards and regulations.

 
All about you:

  • Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Production environment.
  • Experience in sheet metal industry.
