Downer are seeking applications from Mechanical Fitter’s to join our team in the Kwinana workshop for a short shutdown starting 03/12/2024.  

About your new role

• Kwinana based shutdown role, 03/12/2024 – 05/12/2024


• Maintenance position


• Shutdown works on screens, chutes, motors, vibrating feeders, pumps


• Contribute to a safe working environment


• Opportunity for other Downer Mechanical works

About you:

• This role is based in Kwinana – NOTE: this is metro work, no FIFO positions available


• Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate 


• Experienced with petrochemical, flange management and tube heat exchangers


• Hold a current Drivers Licence


• Current Working at Heights & Confined Spaces tickets


• Current High Risk WP ticket


• White Card


• Positive attitude towards safety


• Hold Australian work rights
