Our team provides design and engineering solutions for a wide range of projects across various sectors including health, retail, residential, education, commercial, aged care, and leisure – we work closely with other engineers and designers, project managers and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes for projects all over East Coast.

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative individual to undertake the position of the Mechanical Building Services Draftsperson and join our team.

The role is a full-time opportunity and would suit an experienced Mechanical Building Services Draftsperson or a Skilled Draftsperson keen to learn about Mechanical Building Services.

For our Draftspeople, the below key responsibilities apply:

  • Preparing building services design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Preparing project documentation
  • Interpreting project documents
  • Reading plans and markups and some general document management

To be successful in the role you will have;

  • High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Communication skills, including the ability to relate to a cross-section of people, communicating both verbally and in written form.
  • Computer literacy with a good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Possess great attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Time management and organisational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn, proactivity, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
