What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality outcomes for our customers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and professionalism across all workshop and office activities.

Workshop Responsibilities

• General drivetrain maintenance and repairs
• Differential, gearbox, and suspension repairs
• Following all workshop safety procedures and policies
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

Office & Customer Service Responsibilities

• Sales support, quoting, invoicing, and workshop administration
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs
• Providing accurate information and exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

• Experience in a mechanical workshop, ideally with drivetrain knowledge
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills
• Customer service experience, including sales and administrative tasks
