They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis, supporting high-speed production equipment in their Tampons Manufacturing Department.

Preventative maintenance and breakdown response on sophisticated, high-speed automated production equipment
Rotating 12-hour roster (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) providing excellent work-life balance with ongoing training and development
Preferred Requirements
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter with proven preventative maintenance and breakdown experience
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills on automated manufacturing or packaging machinery
Competence in welding and mechanical repair work
Experience with SAP maintenance systems highly regarded
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day and night shift roster with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship or formal trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting
Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturing environment
Formal welding certification or equivalent demonstrated competency
