We're on the hunt for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to keep our fresh food processing facility humming safely and efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on plant and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement solutions efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Roster: 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts – ideal work-life balance with big blocks of time off to enjoy Gippsland’s lifestyle.

You bring:

• Trade qualification in Fitting/Mechanical or equivalent experience
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
