About us:

Our processing site at Cannon Hill in Brisbane is one of the only beef processing facilities in the world that will slaughter, bone, value-add, retail-ready package and distribute under one roof and in an unbroken cold chain.

The facility is situated on a 40-hectare site located near the seaport, airport and national highway.

Since we purchased the site from the Queensland Government in 2000, it has undergone significant refurbishment, with more than $300 million invested to develop the purpose-built facility to what it is today — capable of processing 350,000 head per year.
