Striker Crushing is looking for a skilled and dedicated Machinist to join our team at our Henderson, WA facility. If you're passionate about precision engineering, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture high-quality parts and components for crushing and screening equipment.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Work closely with the engineering and assembly teams to meet production schedules.

• Carry out routine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop.

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade qualification as a Machinist or Fitter Machinist.

• Experience with lathes, mills, and CNC machining (Fanuc experience highly regarded).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Forklift ticket (preferred, but not essential).
