About the Role:

We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and talented light vehicle mechanic to become part of our fleet team. Working alongside the heavy vehicle team,

The successful applicant will need to:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to assist with the commission / decommission of patrols vans.

Skills and Experience:

  • A Trade Qualified Mechanic Cert lll.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • A positive attitude to safety
