About The Opportunity

As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the company's success by preparing and submitting commercial landscaping tenders, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and streamlining processes using project management software. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting commercial landscaping tenders via multiple platforms


• Liaising with clients and internal/external stakeholders, including site visits/assessments


• Answering phone call inquiries and providing updates on issued quotes


• Documenting and streamlining processes using project management software


• Continuous development and learning in line with quality management principles


• Preparing and submitting quotes based on plans/specs


• Project scheduling


• Producing variations and progress claims and working with bookkeeper/accountant


• Submitting sub-contractor requests


• Providing on-site instructions/scheduling


• Working without supervision and collaboratively with other team members

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Good communication skills both orally and in writing


• Qualifications ranging from TAFE to Tertiary Education


• Proficient use of Excel


• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office 365 products


• Intermediate use of Google Workspace products

You will also have:

• Experience using estimating software such as Planswift, Buildsoft, etc.


• A full Australian driving licence and use of your own vehicle (required)


• Project management and drawing experience (preferred)
