The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper to join our team based in Karratha, delivering high-quality landscaping works across the Pilbara.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering shifts from Monday to Friday, 6AM-3.30PM.

Please note: Local Karratha-based candidates, FIFO will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow landscape plans and specifications

• Install both soft and hard landscaping features including turf, mulch, paving, retaining walls, and planting

• Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and effectively

• Perform ground preparation, soil improvement, and irrigation system installations

• Maintain a high standard of work quality, site cleanliness, and safety

• Support and guide landscape labourers as required

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping or horticulture (construction or maintenance)

• White Card and valid WA Driver’s License (MR Licence highly preferred)

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (highly regarded)

• Local Karratha candidates only (no FIFO)

• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs

• Solid knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation, and outdoor construction materials

• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills

• Cultural awareness and willingness to work respectfully in Aboriginal communities
