So, what duties can you expect to do in your apprenticeship?

• Hands-on training in commercial landscapes across Sydney
• Work with one of Australia’s top landscape maintenance providers
• Learn plant ID, turf care, pruning, and seasonal routines
• Assist with mowing, planting, mulching, and pest control
• Operate horticultural tools and machinery safely
• Gain skills in irrigation, soil care, and sustainability
• Combine TAFE learning with on-the-job experience
• Progress toward a Certificate III in Parks & Gardens
• Work alongside experienced tradespeople and teams
• Build a strong foundation for a horticulture career

What will you need?

• Driver’s licence and own transport. Or ability to get to site.
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
