Labourer/ Truck Driver

We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million.

About the Role

We are currently seeking multiple Electrical labourer/ truck Drivers to join our Electrical Team who are responsible for assisting the Cable Layers team in trenching, conduit installation, and cable laying while also transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites across the Perth Metropolitan Area. The role is 70% labouring and 30% truck driving, requiring a reliable and hardworking individual who values safety and teamwork.

Labouring (70%)

• Assist with trenching, conduit installation, and cable laying.

• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment

• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.

• Handle and position cables, pits, and conduits.

• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised.

• Support general site duties as directed by the site supervisor.

• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods or materials as needed.

Truck Driving (30%)

• Safely operate company trucks for material and equipment transport.

• Deliver loads across the Perth Metropolitan Area.

• Ensure compliance with road transport laws and company policies.

• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain vehicles.

• Assist with loading and unloading as required.

About you:

Have a valid Construction White Card

Experience in labouring, preferably in the civil construction or electrical industries.

Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and proactive.

Current HR (Heavy Rigid) or MR (Medium Rigid) Driver’s License.

Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
