Labourer – Civil Construction

Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil company, is expanding its operations in Mildura due to exciting new opportunities across civil infrastructure, road projects, bulk earthworks, renewables and pipeline works. We are seeking a motivated full time Labourer to join our team and support the successful delivery of these projects.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring duties onsite as directed (e.g. trenching, spotting, backfilling, site clean-up, hand tools, assisting operators etc.)
• Support the delivery of daily tasks in line with site safety requirements and project needs
• Participate in Daily Pre-Starts and follow instructions regarding tasks, hazards, and control measures
• Follow direction from Supervisors, Leading Hands, and Machine Operators
• Work safely and in line with SWMS, design requirements, and site procedures
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive culture onsite — including reporting hazards, near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions
• Assist with maintaining safe work areas, cleanliness of site, and basic housekeeping tasks
• Operate hand tools and small plant / equipment (within competency and training)
• Work collaboratively as part of a crew to achieve daily production targets

About you:

• Construction White Card (mandatory)
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Ability to safely use manual hand tools
• Strong work ethic — punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
