Central Premix Concrete is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Labourers / Front End Loader Operators to join their team in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a mechanical mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our concrete batching site.

This includes operating machinery, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of front end loaders
• General labouring duties including site clean-up and housekeeping
• Assisting with batching and material handling as required
• Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs
• Complying with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Valid front end loader ticket with hands-on experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and within a small team
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
