The Sydney Experience Centre (EC) Apprentice Chef is primarily responsible for assisting the chef in the smooth delivery of the curated Fisher & Paykel experience to all visitors. As a First Year Chef's Apprentice you will embark on an exciting culinary journey, learning the fundamentals of professional cooking and kitchen operations.
Under the guidance of our experienced chefs and culinary experts, you will be introduced to preparing delicious dishes, mastering various cooking techniques, and developing essential skills to thrive in the hospitality industry.
This 12-18 month kitchen apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience to build a solid foundation for a successful career in the kitchen as well as the appliance industry.

A good understanding of food and occupational safety practices (OH&S) and HACCP in kitchen
