What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Sherrin production team, you’ll be involved in the creation of premium leather footballs, including:

• Operating industrial sewing machines
• Stitching and assembling leather football panels
• Cutting, stamping and preparing leather components
• Inserting bladders and completing final assembly
• Repairing and reconditioning footballs
• Conducting quality inspections to ensure every ball meets our high standards
• Working closely with a passionate and skilled production team

We’re Looking For

Essential

✔ Experience using industrial sewing machines

✔ Experience working with leather, vinyl, canvas, upholstery materials, or similar heavy fabrics

✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Highly Regarded

⭐ Upholstery, automotive trimming, saddlery, footwear manufacturing, marine trimming, or related trade experience

⭐ Manufacturing or production experience

⭐ Sewing machine setup and adjustment skills
