Opportunities: Industrial Painter/Blaster & Trades Assistant
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as:
- Industrial Painter Blasters
- Trades Assistants with extensive experience in industrial blasting and painting
Location: Local Workshop and work on client sites for an October start
These hybrid roles offer ongoing work on client sites, including a 3-month campaign supporting LNG operations at Curtis Island, as well as support in our Industrial Paint & Blast segment at our local workshop.
ABOUT YOU
We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:

Trade Qualified: Certificate III in Surface Finishing, Industrial Painting and Blasting, Panel Beating/Spray Painting, or equivalent (highly desirable)

Experience: A minimum of 3 years delivering Industrial Paint & Blast work.

Site Experience: Prior experience working on an LNG site is preferred

Safety-Focused: Strong safety awareness with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Right Qualifications
- Full working rights in Australia
- Industry White Card
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
- High Risk License - Forklift license (mandatory)
- Blue Medipass or willingness to undertake a medical assessment
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work unsupervised
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Capable of maintaining equipment, conducting pre-start checks, and keeping accurate records
