This role is suitable for a Salesperson with previous experience within the HVAC-R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration) or IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) industry, able to execute a sales strategy, maintain relationships and accounts of existing clients while being able to find new customers. This will require you to network with customers along the entire eastern seaboard. The candidate will have a target set for existing and new customers to achieve every quarter.
Skills required
- A background in HVAC, Remediation, Indoor Air Quality, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven ability in sales to raise revenue and invoicing values
- Ability to read Mechanical Plans
- Expertise in technical business communications
- Related Industry knowledge across SEQ, QLD, and NSW Markets
- A driving license
- High professional and personal standards
- Maintenance of accredited certifications
- Experience using a CRM, Sales Software and G-Suite
As an HVAC-R / IAQ Salesperson, you'll be:
- Be part of a friendly sales team
- Grow existing customer accounts with an annual spend of $30,000+
- Acquire new customers
- Continue professional development with accreditations and learning
- Support sales activities, including trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns
- Develop strategies to retain, grow, and acquire, business
- Forecast and deliver against new business and retention targets
- Represent Clean-Air with new customers at the appropriate level
