HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

• Service, install, and commission residential HVAC equipment and indoor air quality systems
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds TSSA and municipal building codes
• Follow Energy Star installation standards and best practices
• Perform HVAC inspections and system diagnostics
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and upgrade options
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every job
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent HVAC installation and service experience
• Hands-on experience with furnaces, central & ductless AC, gas boilers, and tank/tankless water heaters
• Valid Gas Fitter and/or Refrigeration License
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
