Job Description

Our client is an award winning multi-disciplined building service company which specialises in the design, installation, servicing and maintenance of building services. The group have been operating for over 35 years, initially based in NSW then expanding with multiple offices across QLD, delivering Electrical, HVAC and Fire Services on both major and minor projects.  

As the company prepares for consistent growth, we are seeking a HVAC Site Supervisor and HVAC technician to join the team.  

HVAC Site Supervisor:

This role will have large involvement with day-to-day management of trades and coordination on site, ensuring maintenance tasks are planned and reactive maintenance requests are managed appropriately. In addition, the role will have responsibility for OH&S and overseeing minor projects:

  • Managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring KPI's are achieved
  • Manage daily operations of the technicians, review various reports and assist Operations Manager where required
  • Delivery of maintenance services to the agreed budget
  • Build Strong relationships and manage site coordinator with builders, suppliers and other stakeholders. 

HVAC Technician

This role will see you:

  • Installing, repairing and replacing HVAC components
  • Routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to identify any potential issues
  • Diagnosing & troubleshooting HVAC equipment malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
  • Liaising with clients to explain diagnoses, repairs, & maintenance recommendations in a concise manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed (incl. service reports, parts used, and labor hours).
