About the Role:

We are looking for a talented, proven HVAC Site Manager to join a well-established, dynamic team.

Reporting to a well-respected QLD State Manager, you will play an important role with the on-site delivery across a diverse range of projects up to $5m within the aged-care, education and commercial space ensuring the highest possible levels of quality are delivered.

What will I be doing:

• Supervise onsite HVAC installations
• Supervise and forecast onsite subcontractors, trades and labour requirements
• Supervise procurement, deliveries of equipment and materials
• Review plans, designs and drawings
• Attend site co-ordination meetings with Project Managers and Builders
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project delivery
• Assist in the mentoring and coaching of junior team members and apprentices
• Ensure onsite WHS practices are followed including Tool Box talks

About You:

• Previous experience as a HVAC Site Supervisor / Manager with a trade background in either Air Conditioning, Mechanical Plumbing or Sheet Metal
• Proven ability to develop strong partnerships with and engage/influence key stakeholders
• Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels
• Ability to adapt to unique and challenging environments
• A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results
