This role is suitable for a Salesperson with previous experience within the HVAC-R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration) or IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) industry, able to execute a sales strategy, maintain relationships and accounts of existing clients while being able to find new customers. This will require you to network with customers along the entire eastern seaboard. The candidate will have a target set for existing and new customers to achieve every quarter.
This position is open to people with permanent full-time working rights in Australia.
Skills required
A background in HVAC, Remediation, Indoor Air Quality, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Proven ability in sales to raise revenue, invoicing values and meet the sales targets
Ability to read Mechanical Plans
Expertise in technical business communications
Related Industry knowledge
A driving license
High professional and personal standards
Maintenance of accredited certifications
Experience using a CRM, Sales Software and G-Suite
As an HVAC-R / IAQ Salesperson, you'll be:
Be part of a friendly sales team
Grow existing customer accounts across SEQ, QLD and NSW north Coast.
Acquire new customers in HVAC, remediation and reactive industry
Continue professional development with accreditations and learning
Support sales activities, including trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns
Develop strategies to retain, grow, and acquire, business
Forecast and deliver against new business and retention targets
Achieve the sales budgets
