Due to our continued growth we have an opportunity for an experienced Project Supervisor to join the AE Smith team located in our Sydney (Atarmon) branch to lead our fit out projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HVAC or Mechanical Qualification
- Proven project delivery expiernece in the fit out space
- 5+ years in management, leadership or supervisory capacity on HVAC Project work
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Maintain project schedules and timelines issued by Project manager.
- Coordinate with our subcontractors and client/builder inc internal/external engineers.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion.
Site Supervision:
- Oversee the installation of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Inspect and verify the quality of workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Follow AE Smith quality control measures to prevent defects and errors.
- Document and report on quality assurance activities.
- Monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Using RAPID Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency response plans.
