Location: FIFO from Perth
Roster: 5 Days On, 2 Days Off, 4 Days On, 3 Days Off. Contract until End of December 2026.

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a high-performing HR team supporting a major resources operation. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with leaders during a significant period of organisational change, contributing to both operational excellence and transformational initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across a large operational portfolio. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will provide strategic and operational HR support while driving change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with leaders to provide expert HR advice and support across a broad range of people matters
• Supporting organisational change, restructures, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes across the business
• Coaching and supporting leaders to improve capability and effectiveness in people management
• Managing complex employee relations matters and providing practical solutions
• Leading and contributing to HR projects focused on continuous improvement and standardisation
• Analysing workforce data and providing meaningful insights to support decision-making
• Collaborating with shared services teams to ensure effective delivery of HR and payroll processes
• Promoting best practice people management and compliance across the business

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Some experience in a Generalist HR Advisory role
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives
• Experience planning and executing complex change programs
• Ability to assess organisational change impacts and recommend practical solutions
• Proven capability to coach and support leaders through people-related challenges
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience working with large datasets
• Experience using HR systems such as SAP, Workday, and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of data integrity and governance
• Previous site-based HR experience within the mining, resources, or heavy industry sector will be highly regarded
