The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Service and repair earthmoving equipment, agricultural machinery, trucks, and trailers.
• Work on hydraulics, air conditioning systems, and electrical components (if experienced).
• Assist with 24-hour breakdown services, attending emergency repairs as required.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of mechanics and apprentices to ensure high service standards.

What Were Looking For

• Heavy vehicle mechanic qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Experience in auto electrics, boilermaking, or hydraulics is highly regarded.
• Strong mechanical skills with a hands-on approach.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and be part of the on-call breakdown rotation.
