HD Fitter - Field Service

The Opportunity:

Join our Kalgoorlie branch as a Field Service Technician (HD Fitter/Mechanic).

You will be responsible for carrying out machine diagnostics and repairs on a variety of mobile plant equipment, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

The role also involves generating technical reports such as service reports, TSI & warranty claim processes.

As a field service technician you will travel around the Goldfields Region carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs for Komatsu customers - no two days will be the same.

This position is offered as a 2:1 FIFO position ex Perth, or residential role in Kalgoorlie.

Your role will also include a work vehicle + phone + laptop.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Qualified Fitter or Plant Mechanic
• Experience working with heavy mobile equipment
• Field service experience highly regarded
• High standard of safety for yourself and others
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
