Grounds Maintenance/Handyperson

WHAT IS THE JOB?

You will be on the road, moving across various jobs throughout the day, including Retail, Child Care Centres, Government & Petroleum sites, across South Perth and surrounding suburbs.

You will be responsible for reactive and preventative handyperson duties, as well as grounds maintenance for commercial sites.

Duties:

• Perform general grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, and weeding.
• Assist with basic gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
• Maintain outdoor areas by ensuring pathways, driveways, and outdoor furniture are in good condition.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance to outdoor structures, such as fences, gates, and sheds.

Key requirement:
 

• Min 3 years’ experience as a handyperson in the commercial industry 
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance and carpentry
  
• Driver’s License
• A can-do attitude
