What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to product development projects from concept sketches through to field release and customer hand‑over
  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks
  • Assist with prototype builds, workshop tests and in‑field validation
  • Perform engineering calculations and undertake validation of designs
  • Liaise with suppliers, production and supply‑chain teams to ensure manufacturability and cost‑effectiveness of your designs
  • Document engineering changes and update records for manufacture
  • Develop and maintain product support documentation, manuals and technical guides
  • Help support machine commissioning, training and the company’s customer demonstration activities in Australia and overseas

What We Need You To Have

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline (e.g. Mechatronics or Manufacturing). If you are about to complete your studies or have recently graduated, we encourage you to apply.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (PDM experience advantageous)
  • A passion for sustainability and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A disciplined and detail-oriented approach to work
  • A willingness to travel occasionally to field sites for product deployment and support
