Join Our Team as a billboard and signage installer
Are you a hands-on, hardworking teammate looking for a job that offers variety, travel, and the satisfaction of building something that turns heads? We’ve got the role for you.
What’s in it for you?
No Two Days the Same: Enjoy variety in your day-to-day work — from installing and skinning billboard faces to signwriting, vegetation control, and constructing brand-new sites. Every job brings something different.
Consistent Work & Job Security: Skip the uncertainty of project-to-project construction. We offer a stable workload, with full-time hours and consistency you can rely on.
Opportunities to Grow: We value motivation and a great attitude. Whether you’re keen to upskill in signwriting, installation, or take on leadership, there’s room to grow here.
Travel and Adventure: See more of the country while you work. Our projects can take you intra- and interstate for weeks at a time. It’s work, but with a change of scenery.
What We’re Looking For
Physically Fit & Comfortable with Heights
You’ll be working at heights and lifting items 20kg+, so physical fitness and confidence up high are essential.
Signwriting or Print Installation Experience
Experience in signwriting, vinyl application, or large-format print installation is highly valued. Precision, an eye for detail, and pride in your finished product will set you apart.
Previous Labouring or Construction Experience
It’s not essential, but it helps. If you’ve worked in signage, construction, or outdoor labour, that’s a big plus.
A Manual Driver’s Licence
This is a must-have, you’ll need to get yourself (and sometimes the team) to and from varied work sites.
If you’re ready for a role that blends practical outdoor work, teamwork, travel, and the satisfaction of seeing your work on display across the country — we want to hear from you.
Apply now or contact Jacob Montgomery on 0477 273 856 for a confidential chat.
