As part of the renowned Zone RV group in picturesque Coolum Beach, One Composites is a leading manufacturer of composite components for the Zone RV range of luxury off-road caravans as well as other non-group Australian manufacturers. We specialise in bespoke and mid-volume JIT production using contemporary composite techniques, 3D-printed and hybrid molds (from the largest 3D printer in Australia), and robotic parts trimming.

One Composites has expanded across two new state-of-the-art facilities in Coolum Beach and we are recruiting for new team members. Join us to showcase your broad range of skills including RTM Lite, vacuum infusion, gel coat work, and laminating or demonstrate a willingness to learn new ones. We have opportunities for seasoned professionals, as well as for those seeking a fresh start in their careers. We’re hiring for full-time roles but are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidates, including those needing flexibility for school runs or those semi-retired and looking to stay active in a hands-on role.

Desirable skills and experience

• Automotive panel beaters, spray painters, bodywork repair specialists, building trades or similar.


• Process workers with an eye for detail.


• Strong team contributor and communication skills.


• Safety-first focus.


• Brush and spray resins - gel coats, flow coats, and general-purpose resins.


• Place composite fibre, cores, and bags prior to vacuum infusion.


• Control the vacuum infusion process.


• Demold cured components prior to trimming.


• Experience using hand tools is essential.

Hourly rate: $27-$40 dependent on experience. This is a base-rate range exclusive of overtime rates and superannuation.
